Refund policy

If your product doesn't reach you in a satisfactory condition we will replace or refund you within 14 days of you receiving your order. You will need to email us with proof of the unsatisfactory product at mjsskinorders@gmail.com .We are only human and occasionally mistakes can be made but we always look to rectify these as quickly as possible.  

Refunds are not made if you simply do not like the product.
